GBExcellent after sales service I purchased 2 outdoor cameras in 2021 from Reolink, they worked brilliantly, the app is free and reliable so saved my pennies and added 2 more. I recently had one which became faulty and subsequently stopped working. I messaged and received an immediate response from Aries who suggested many things to try but all failed. The camera was slightly over the guarantee but Tracy agreed a goodwill replacement, it arrived quickly and set up instantly. Super pleased with this level of service, its somewhat rare these days. A definate 5* company with excellent customer service staff

NLImpressive support for impressive products I have not yet met a company who responds so quickly and accurate ! I am VERY impressed with Reolink products and Reolink support. They keep on developing their products and creating new solutions and when you have a question they are incredibly fast and accurate with their responses. They have solved several questions for me on no time. Especially BIG THANKS to Karina. The 5-***** helpdesk agent.

GBReolink Go PT Plus received as gift in… Reolink Go PT Plus received as gift in Nov 2023 bought from smazon. it has stopped recording videos SD slot faulty so pointless as a security camera as you can no longer store videos / playback. Ive been trying to get replacement as it cost over £160 but they REFUSE without Amazon ID number, whichni cant provide and my friend no longer around. I've got delivery confirmation showing my name but still won't accept. VERY ANGRY as waste of money....never get to speak to anyone just email chats with hour gaps between replies. NOT RECOMMENDED

GBI was able to talk to a real person I was able to talk to a real person, the very knowable with the product. he knew how to talk to me to get the right information to fix the problem. it very comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. the system is now working as designed. Thank for a good service and keep up the good work!!!!!

GBErwin was efficient and effective. Erwin was efficient and effective. He walked me right through the process and found my error. Took 2 minutes, literally, to correct what I had spent 4 hours on myself, the day before. Maybe rewrite the manual where the Reolink has to scan the phone QR code. I kept doing just the reverse. The manual is frustrating.
