There were a comedy of errors, miscommunications, phone system issues, etc. Air Sanctuary in fact did respond to and handled my issues. Again, after some confusion and manufacturer logistics problems, the Mr Cool system is working fine for hopefully many years to come!

GBMy second Mr Cool mini split system… My second Mr Cool mini split system arrived this week. I installed a small system last year in a cabin and it has performed so well that we are putting a much larger system in our home we are building. The company and service is very good and we love the product.

GBMr Cool Ordered an entire heating and cooling system, was the best value I found on the market with the cheapest shipping. Very prompt and professional correspondence. Everything arrived in great shape (boxes weren't damaged). We have not installed yet so I have nothing else to report but I am excited to utilize this system! Five stars so far, highly recommend.

GBI believe the company may no longer be in business I ordered a part for my ac system a week ago. still no tracking information, don't answer emails, and I tried to call the phone number but it's out of service.
