GBMr Cool Ordered an entire heating and cooling system, was the best value I found on the market with the cheapest shipping. Very prompt and professional correspondence. Everything arrived in great shape (boxes weren't damaged). We have not installed yet so I have nothing else to report but I am excited to utilize this system! Five stars so far, highly recommend.

GBOrder the furnace from the website… Order the furnace from the website which said it was available. Four days later, get an email telling me the order was canceled due to lack of stock. You have no business doing Internet sales. If you do not have real time, inventory, connected to your website. I now have to find another supplier and redo this all over again. This delays my client and puts me more at risk of not being able to find equipment as the weather has gotten cold. As other people have complained customer service is near impossible to contact.

GBCommunication could be better. Website was easy to navigate, and prices seemed fair. Free shipping is a positive. But I would have expected better communication and expediency after placing an order for many thousands of dollars. Other than a confirmation email immediately after placing the order, no communication even after nearly a week.

GB18K dual mini Tech was helpful. Price was in the ballpark with others. Someone actually answered the phone when I called without waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Only 4 stars because veterans discount was only 2% when most companies offer 5% or better. I will call with any questions during installation.
