GB18K dual mini Tech was helpful. Price was in the ballpark with others. Someone actually answered the phone when I called without waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Only 4 stars because veterans discount was only 2% when most companies offer 5% or better. I will call with any questions during installation.

GBIn reference to the review I left In reference to the review I left, I have to take it back. There were a comedy of errors, miscommunications, phone system issues, etc. Air Sanctuary in fact did respond to and handled my issues. Again, after some confusion and manufacturer logistics problems, the Mr Cool system is working fine for hopefully many years to come!
