Fantastic Product, wish it was more accessible to home users I love ScreenConnect/ConnectWise Control. I have implemented it at 2 employers and have been using it for about 6 years both professionally and personally. I have used both the On-Prem installation as well as the cloud options. It works very well and would be a perfect 5/5 if they offered a tier for "Home/Pro" Users that was more accessible monetarily. I use the free version at home, but dislike the limitation of only 3 active agents at a time. I would love to see a 1 admin, unlimited agents, home use pricing tier.

Connectwise is a great lightweight… Connectwise is a great lightweight program for administrators to oversee and help users with pc problems. I have thoroughly enjoyed the program. It is lightweight, installs rather quickly from our share drive. I love being able to be anywhere to help logon and fix quick issues from my users pc's. There are different tiers of this software that Connectwise allows you to demo periodically. I enjoy using the perks of the added tiers when they become available but run 150 + pc's with just the basic software option.

Good remote software reasonable price. Good remote software reasonable price. Works well on phone and mobile. Reasonably priced and good performance unlike many competitors. Has a nice feature to tell you when a machine goes offline which is nice for servers and other infrastructure. Easy to use and send out invitations for support. Unattended client works well.

Working great for our Remote work teams… Working great for our Remote work teams since the pandemic. Dual Screens, printing, chat very helpful. Training Videos help at home workers. Admin tools are very helpful for working on multiple computers while multitasking.

Invasive software that can not be un… Invasive software that can not be un installed. Instead, you need to stop the service from running. Often used by scammers to gain and retain control over victim computers without their knowledge.
