Where the payment versus the quote differed, they provided clear photos and reasons (some details I didn't notice because they're not relevant to me as a user, but understand and agree with their assessment because they were detailed). Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the quoted processing times and the actual vary...a lot. Took 13 days (9 business days) from when they received my equipment to their evaluation and confirmation of payment.

Note, however, that the standards for quality are quite high (as they should be). The inspection of my iPad took a bit longer than three business days but was very thorough. They noticed (and sent pictures of) a couple of small dents and that I had included the wrong cable (oops!). The initial bid therefore was revised down slightly but still quite acceptable (and better than competitors). Payment was rapid and straightforward. I would send them my used tech again!

My only suggestion is to maybe offer the availability to be sent a shipping box with packing materials. Good service, got the money that was offered. Overall good service, and I got the money I was initially quoted. The process was smooth, and they provided the resources needed (save the actual shipping materials like the box, packing tape, etc.) so I could ship the item in the condition they needed (information wiped and fully charged). The only downside was the processing time they took to verify my item was in the condition I specified – about 2 weeks – before they sent the money.

Great service and price! I had an iPad that was gathering dust as an expensive paperweight, and the only way I could trade it in through my cell provider was to apply the (meager) credit to another device purchase. Since I didn't need or want a new device, I began the search for alternatives. After looking at a couple of options I found Trade in my Tech and was immediately impressed by the easy process on their website. But, it was the significantly higher trade-in value that sold me on their service. I'll admit I was nervous about getting the quoted value since I haven't traded in a device before and didn't know what to expect. All of my fears were assuaged through their prompt communication that they had received my iPad, and the fast payment to my PayPal account! I would definitely use Trade in my Tech again!
