GBGreat service and price! I had an iPad that was gathering dust as an expensive paperweight, and the only way I could trade it in through my cell provider was to apply the (meager) credit to another device purchase. Since I didn't need or want a new device, I began the search for alternatives. After looking at a couple of options I found Trade in my Tech and was immediately impressed by the easy process on their website. But, it was the significantly higher trade-in value that sold me on their service. I'll admit I was nervous about getting the quoted value since I haven't traded in a device before and didn't know what to expect. All of my fears were assuaged through their prompt communication that they had received my iPad, and the fast payment to my PayPal account! I would definitely use Trade in my Tech again!

GBAccepts nonmainstream tech but shady… Accepts nonmainstream tech but shady payment. Accepted a Pixel Slate, which I couldn't find anyone else accepting. Was quoted a decent amount (about half what I paid originally). When I received payment, though, it was in Euros when I was quoted in dollars. When converted back (through Paypal), I ended up being shorted around $80. Still ended up with money for something I wasn't using and no other site would accept.

GBThe process did not go as expected… The process did not go as expected based in what is advertised. It is impossible to talk to someone, it goes right to voice-mail. It was a week before they processed the transaction based on Fed-Ex delivery tracking. I will say their payout was the highest, and believe me I did a ton of research before choosing a company. They sent the payment on the same day they processed it, so that's a plus as well. Overall, I would recommend tradeinmytech.com, as long as you have patience. Also, I just realized they have a message on their website to be expecting delays...I did not see that message, so it's more my error than theirs.

GBGreat experience Great experience! Even though my item value ended up being a little less than I first thought, they were very kind in describing the discrepancy and showing the damage I hadn't noticed before sending. They offered a new value and had options to return the item if I didn't like it. Super professional and easy to deal with.

GBWORST EXPERIENCE EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was quoted a lowball offer and when I refused and requested my phone back-ALL I WAS IWAS GIVEN was "It's been returned". No tracking number, no estimated return time-NOTHING. And this was DAYS after and between responses. I keep asking them for proof, since it has been ANOTHER week and I STILL haven't received my phone back! If this continues, I WILL be taking legal action.
