GBGood service, got the money that was offered. Overall good service, and I got the money I was initially quoted. The process was smooth, and they provided the resources needed (save the actual shipping materials like the box, packing tape, etc.) so I could ship the item in the condition they needed (information wiped and fully charged). The only downside was the processing time they took to verify my item was in the condition I specified – about 2 weeks – before they sent the money.

GBStraight forward, efficient and thorough Straight forward, efficient, and thorough. The initial bidding and shipping process were easy. Note, however, that the standards for quality are quite high (as they should be). The inspection of my iPad took a bit longer than three business days but was very thorough. They noticed (and sent pictures of) a couple of small dents and that I had included the wrong cable (oops!). The initial bid therefore was revised down slightly but still quite acceptable (and better than competitors). Payment was rapid and straightforward. I would send them my used tech again!

GBGot paid exactly what I was told Got paid exactly what I was told. I was ripped of by another company saying my phone was heavily scratched so the could pay less especially with the new iPhone that just came out, and they paid me properly at this company.

GBThe process was very easy The process was very easy. They offered a fair price, and was quick to evaluate and accept my trade in. I was instantly paid, and would definitely use TradeInMyTech again! My only suggestion is to maybe offer the availability to be sent a shipping box with packing materials. I had to go out and get my own box and materials and then attached the prepaid label that the website sent me. Other than that, 100% happy customer, thanks!

GBYou are warned about trade in graphic cards Like other guys says they are very likely to discount your trade-in. There are many variations of graphic cards with the same chipset. What they expect seems to be the version (Founder edition) directly from the AMD or nVidia. If you want to trade in your GPU made by ASUS or GIGABYTE etc, they will likely use that as an excuse (not exactly the model) to give you less.
