GBNever again! It takes a lot longer to get paid than the other websites. Also, I am receiving less money than I was originally expecting. I only accepted the new offer only because I did not want to go through everything again. I’m still waiting for the check to come. In conclusion, I will not be a returning customer!

GBWORST EXPERIENCE EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was quoted a lowball offer and when I refused and requested my phone back-ALL I WAS IWAS GIVEN was "It's been returned". No tracking number, no estimated return time-NOTHING. And this was DAYS after and between responses. I keep asking them for proof, since it has been ANOTHER week and I STILL haven't received my phone back! If this continues, I WILL be taking legal action.

GBBricked iPad Pro Best price I found for a 2 year old bricked iPad Pro. Did have some issues removing it from my iCloud account so transaction took longer than expected. But overall a good experience.

GBI was skeptical of the process at first… I was skeptical of the process at first but I also didn't want a computer i didn't use sitting around, i took a chance and got my laptop appraised, the price was ok if you understand tech depreciation and resale to businesses such as this. I did take great care to wrap and package the laptop and all components carefully as well as to completely reset it to factory settings. I got paid fairly quickly and the whole process took about 5 days. Can't complain and I'm happy with TradeInMyTech.com

Even though my item value ended up being a little less than I first thought, they were very kind in describing the discrepancy and showing the damage I hadn't noticed before sending. They offered a new value and had options to return the item if I didn't like it. Super professional and easy to deal with.
