GBDisappointing Previously, I was very impressed with your team. However, lately what should be characterized as good is dropped to fair in my opinion. Additionally, when sending questions, your response times are days out, if I get one at all. I hope this improves. Right now, I'm quite disappointed.

GBGood service, got the money that was offered. Overall good service, and I got the money I was initially quoted. The process was smooth, and they provided the resources needed (save the actual shipping materials like the box, packing tape, etc.) so I could ship the item in the condition they needed (information wiped and fully charged). The only downside was the processing time they took to verify my item was in the condition I specified – about 2 weeks – before they sent the money.

GBTrade in iPad Pro 12.9 Received notification that because of one tiny area on iPad which was hardly noticeable that they reduced my payout. After advising them I checked over the iPad extensively and did not see it, I requested the iPad be returned to me. Soon after that, I received notification that they would pay me the original quote since it was a very tiny area. After that, I received my payment in less than 5 days.

GBUnhappy with appraisal Didn't think Original packaging was a part of survey for value of item. Thought it was just of the equipment, that was being appraised.

GBTransparent and fair trade in Transparent and fair trade in service. Where the payment versus the quote differed, they provided clear photos and reasons (some details I didn't notice because they're not relevant to me as a user, but understand and agree with their assessment because they were detailed). Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the quoted processing times and the actual vary...a lot. Took 13 days (9 business days) from when they received my equipment to their evaluation and confirmation of payment.
