from Blue365…Scam? Received messsge from Blue365 associated with BlueCross that you can join Aaptiv and it’s 19500+ gyms. There web site states they partipate with Elite membership to my local Lifetime fitness. However Lifetime has no knowledge of them. So before committing to a monthly fee, reached out to Aaptiv for clarification. Seems only email communication available. After multiple messsged and requests for information, it became clear that they weren’t reading my messsges and simply sending back bot type questions without reading or addressing my simple question. Is Lifetime fitness part of their network in Florham Park NJ? If i can’t get a direct answer to such a simple question, it’s clear that that are in my opinion a scam or incompetent, Woukd avoid consistent with other reviews! Disappointing!

Maternity fitness program safety questionable I don't know how to do most exercises, so I really like being able to see how it's done. You only hear the workouts with this app. I joined the trial to do the maternity program workouts...but in second trimester things like crunches (lying on back is a big no no) and walking lunges (relaxin hormones can cause injury to joints doing these) ... I'm afraid these workouts aren't really geared toward safe pregnancy workouts. Definitely not worth paying $100 a year for.

The deleted a bunch of content, no refund The deleted a bunch of content, including the only reason I signed up. Their customer service department refused to issue a refund (only two months in to an annual subscription). I didn’t have the option to pay monthly... and so I should have been able to maintain functionality that I paid for with an annual lock in. It was actually great while it lasted. Shame they are more scammers than service providers.

Free workouts available on YouTube Incredibly American in its "whoo YEAH!" attitude, which can get a bit grating. It is also impossible to cancel your subscription, because they will still take money from your account even after cancellation.

Reasons to love aaptiv ... Moving from inner city and into the suburbs meant getting to classes (which I love) very difficult. Aaptiv saved my exercise game, I can exercise where ever, whenever. I don't get to slack as I still get pushed hard by the various trainers and the music is all there ready to go .. currently cross training to 5k with aaptiv and I hate running! I will finish it! Love this app basically! Ps, the new scheduling feature enabling users to add work outs to their calender is a great way to maintain motivation.
