Watch your bank account after canceling!!!!! I liked their app, but their new workout programs weren't great so I found an app that was a better fit for me. I cancelled my account two months ago, to the point where I couldn't get in anymore. This morning I woke up to a nice surprise where they tried to charge me for the annual subscription. I verified that my account didn't even exist on the app anymore and contacted them. They immediately reversed the charges. My guess is that as most people don't watch their budget as close as I do, they do this and get away with every year, shadily collecting money without people stopping them. . Due to this, I would not recommend this app to anyone going forward.

Aaptiv's Auto-Renewal Feels Like a Scam Aaptiv's Auto-Renewal Feels Like a Scam They have a $99 per year subscription and are banking on a huge chunk of their users forgetting they are signed up. They will not remind you about your upcoming subscription renewal, nor will they refund the money. If you look at their own customer service page through the app, you'll see it's littered with related complaints. Not worth the membership and extremely disappointing. Trust score is as low as I can offer.

A deceitful company A deceitful company. I was planning on enrolling in a month-to-month plan after my free trial. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family, and since I did not think of canceling my free trial and switching to the monthly plan on the day of a funeral, I was charged over $100 for a year subscription. I reached out to both Aaptiv and Apple, who say there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience. Horrible company.

Maternity fitness program safety questionable I don't know how to do most exercises, so I really like being able to see how it's done. You only hear the workouts with this app. I joined the trial to do the maternity program workouts...but in second trimester things like crunches (lying on back is a big no no) and walking lunges (relaxin hormones can cause injury to joints doing these) ... I'm afraid these workouts aren't really geared toward safe pregnancy workouts. Definitely not worth paying $100 a year for.

Because I am unable to understand any… Because I am unable to understand any instructions other than for running without a single picture or video. I have seen so many people complaining the same but worst part is that aptive team is not even reacting to it. That's the reason i didn't opted for yearly subscription.
