CAExpensive auto renewal - be careful to cancel this!!! I tried out this app did not use it for at least 10+ months, and received no indicator that a yearly subscription charge was coming... I tried to indicate that I did not authorize the purchase, but apparently that is not a reason for a refund. If you stand by your product, you should be able to make sure that your customers are willing participants instead of somehow trapped by the trial membership conditions that you set up. I tried it, it didn't work for me and I deleted this off my phone. Be very careful as you could get roped into paying $125 bucks for something you do not want.

GBFree workouts available on YouTube Incredibly American in its "whoo YEAH!" attitude, which can get a bit grating. It is also impossible to cancel your subscription, because they will still take money from your account even after cancellation.

GBPlaylists could be more modern or could… Playlists could be more modern or could show a song list so you could avoid a workout instead of experiencing that disappointment or de-motivation in the middle of a run. Would love to be able to see which workouts I have rated low so I can avoid choosing them again or maybe avoid a trainer whose style doesn’t work for me. Would love to see more workouts from Caeser, Ben and John - they are so positive and make workouts great!! Can we include calories and miles for walking or active meditations? It would be nice to track those in the app instead of having to track it elsewhere.

NZThe deleted a bunch of content, no refund The deleted a bunch of content, including the only reason I signed up. Their customer service department refused to issue a refund (only two months in to an annual subscription). I didn’t have the option to pay monthly... and so I should have been able to maintain functionality that I paid for with an annual lock in. It was actually great while it lasted. Shame they are more scammers than service providers.

GBfrom Blue365…Scam? Received messsge from Blue365 associated with BlueCross that you can join Aaptiv and it’s 19500+ gyms. There web site states they partipate with Elite membership to my local Lifetime fitness. However Lifetime has no knowledge of them. So before committing to a monthly fee, reached out to Aaptiv for clarification. Seems only email communication available. After multiple messsged and requests for information, it became clear that they weren’t reading my messsges and simply sending back bot type questions without reading or addressing my simple question. Is Lifetime fitness part of their network in Florham Park NJ? If i can’t get a direct answer to such a simple question, it’s clear that that are in my opinion a scam or incompetent, Woukd avoid consistent with other reviews! Disappointing!
