Expensive auto renewal - be careful to cancel this!!! I tried out this app did not use it for at least 10+ months, and received no indicator that a yearly subscription charge was coming... I tried to indicate that I did not authorize the purchase, but apparently that is not a reason for a refund. If you stand by your product, you should be able to make sure that your customers are willing participants instead of somehow trapped by the trial membership conditions that you set up. I tried it, it didn't work for me and I deleted this off my phone. Be very careful as you could get roped into paying $125 bucks for something you do not want.

Crappy customer service They charged my card for 3 years (and I used the app for maybe the first week... if that)... I thought the charge was for Google storage because of the description that appeared on my credit card statement... I realized the error this month and when I reached out to try to recoup any of the $309 they took, I was basically told, Sorry, not sorry... "any payment made through Aaptiv's website or the Google Play store is refundable as long as the refund is requested within 72 hours of payment." Thanks for nothing!

A deceitful company A deceitful company. I was planning on enrolling in a month-to-month plan after my free trial. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family, and since I did not think of canceling my free trial and switching to the monthly plan on the day of a funeral, I was charged over $100 for a year subscription. I reached out to both Aaptiv and Apple, who say there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience. Horrible company.

Watch your bank account after canceling!!!!! I liked their app, but their new workout programs weren't great so I found an app that was a better fit for me. I cancelled my account two months ago, to the point where I couldn't get in anymore. This morning I woke up to a nice surprise where they tried to charge me for the annual subscription. I verified that my account didn't even exist on the app anymore and contacted them. They immediately reversed the charges. My guess is that as most people don't watch their budget as close as I do, they do this and get away with every year, shadily collecting money without people stopping them. . Due to this, I would not recommend this app to anyone going forward.
