Highly Recommend I ordered two sets of Normatec Legs with Hip attachment directly from Hyperice.ca in October 2023. The purchase was made for 2 young athletes engaged in elite level hockey at a full time hockey academy. Both boys use them before and after games and practices and have nothing but good things to say about the product and how it relieves muscle fatigue and soreness. Beyond the quality of the items, I want to comment on the excellent experience dealing with Hyperice. There were some supply issues and both orders were unable to be filled as planned. During the period of waiting for inventory, the items went on sale at a considerable discount. I inquired about a price adjustment, and was put in contact with customer service rep Alejandra, who did an excellent job in getting the price adjustment through and issuing a prompt refund. The order was shipped by courier, and arrived promptly and in good condition. In my experience, this is an good company that puts a priority on customer service and satisfaction.

Just caveat emptor in Irvine Calif. Received my Hyperice product, which to-date seems to be working well. The unit is supposed to blue tooth to a Hyperice App. This is just BS!!! (1) After almost a week of writing and calling Co., I still am NOT able to even sign into my account. Hence, I cannot use the App. This company has the most incompetent customer service & NO tech support. WOW!!! I guess its caveat emptor in Irvine Calif.

Hyperice Go - Beware Return Policy I purchased a Hyperice Go. After trying the product, I determined it was ineffective and difficult to use. I was surprised to learn that the return policy is to charge me $15 (Roughly 15%) of the purchase price, PLUS requiring me to pay for return by FedEx label. The overall cost to return the item “for a full refund” is not what I expected. My error in not knowing T&C. Bad marketing policy will prevent me from purchasing another Hyperice product. I have Theragun device which is a great product. Not the “GO” ball

Normatec Boots - Poor Durability Normatec Boots - Purchased in 2021, used regularly for about 6 months, then didn't start using again until 2023, broke down within a few months. BE AWARE, WILL NOT WORK WHEN BATTERY FAILS, even when plugged in. Warranty is for 2 years, given the price, I expected much much more.

Poor Customer Service Ordered a device from Amazon, and it was supposed to be signature required!! It says delivered, but nothing! Amazon refuses to help me and last time I messaged Hyperice on January 12th at 12:35 pm about a different question, they have yet to respond!! Love being out $130!! Edited: neighbor had the package because it was misdelivered!! I sent William copies from my surveillance cameras after he was EXTREMELY rude and accused me of lying!! Returning it because it’s a horrible business!!
