GBGreat Product I've Owned for 7-8 Years I am a long term owner and have owned two Hyperice knee products for the last 7-8 years. These are excellent for athletic or injury recovery. My daughter played basketball and injured her knee and now her knee aches and swells a bit from any abuse from running/jogging or playing other sports using her knee. Hyperice provides pain relief and reduces any swelling using extreme cold from the compression cooling it provides. I think it is probably second best to the professional circulating ice water pump compression devices that cost thousands.

AUCustomer service was appalling Customer service was appalling. Purchased on Monday and paid additional for express post. Not dispatched until Friday, so despite the express post option, delivery still took over a week. Raised the issue with customer service who provided a ridiculous cop out response with no genuine attempt to resolve.

GBExcellent product Excellent product. Great construction. Unfortunately the connector was broken but Customer service promptly addressed the issue! It does a great job and the hyper sphere Mini is fantastic for carrying while traveling to take care of those sore spots you might get from prolonged sitting. Well worth it. Thanks for standing behind your product.

GBHyperice is the best! Bought a top-of-the-line Theragun, which came dead on arrival. Sent it back. Bought two Hyperice massage guns by recommendation of my physical therapist. I’ve had both for eight months now and they work like a dream. Customer service is spectacular. When one of the charging cords to our massage guns wasn’t quite working right. I called customer service and got a human being right away and told them about the problem with the cord and within 60 seconds they wrote up an order to mail me out a new cord right away. Great company!

GBAwesome customer service on my Normatec… Awesome customer service on my Normatec 3. Unable to charge the device for some reason, after a couple of quick mails to customer services showing the serial code and proof of purchase, I was sent a return delivery pre paid postage and within 48hrs of posting, received a new device. Can't ask for more than that with a product that is 18 months old
