GBHorrendous customer service. Order placed in late December, with the promise of dispatch within 5 working days. We are currently 18 days into January, with no sign of a dispatch. When you raise a support ticket on their website, the query gets closed with a vague excuse (but no progress). I then received an email to say one of the two items ordered is out of stock. I have requested a refund, but going by some of the other reviews on here, I am not holding out much hope in getting anything from them.

GBPoor Customer Service Ordered a device from Amazon, and it was supposed to be signature required!! It says delivered, but nothing! Amazon refuses to help me and last time I messaged Hyperice on January 12th at 12:35 pm about a different question, they have yet to respond!! Love being out $130!! Edited: neighbor had the package because it was misdelivered!! I sent William copies from my surveillance cameras after he was EXTREMELY rude and accused me of lying!! Returning it because it’s a horrible business!!

GBHyperice is the best! Bought a top-of-the-line Theragun, which came dead on arrival. Sent it back. Bought two Hyperice massage guns by recommendation of my physical therapist. I’ve had both for eight months now and they work like a dream. Customer service is spectacular. When one of the charging cords to our massage guns wasn’t quite working right. I called customer service and got a human being right away and told them about the problem with the cord and within 60 seconds they wrote up an order to mail me out a new cord right away. Great company!

GBExcellent product Excellent product. Great construction. Unfortunately the connector was broken but Customer service promptly addressed the issue! It does a great job and the hyper sphere Mini is fantastic for carrying while traveling to take care of those sore spots you might get from prolonged sitting. Well worth it. Thanks for standing behind your product.

GR5star customer service 5star customer service! My massage gun stop working after a year~ . I send an email to the company and starting communicate with the customer care. I had a new replacement into 3 weeks~. Good job ! Thank you ! As for the massage gun. It’s the best in its price . Good quality and intense. I don’t know the reason that’s stop working but I know they re gonna help you.
