Great Product I've Owned for 7-8 Years I am a long term owner and have owned two Hyperice knee products for the last 7-8 years. These are excellent for athletic or injury recovery. My daughter played basketball and injured her knee and now her knee aches and swells a bit from any abuse from running/jogging or playing other sports using her knee. Hyperice provides pain relief and reduces any swelling using extreme cold from the compression cooling it provides. I think it is probably second best to the professional circulating ice water pump compression devices that cost thousands.

Customer service was appalling Customer service was appalling. Purchased on Monday and paid additional for express post. Not dispatched until Friday, so despite the express post option, delivery still took over a week. Raised the issue with customer service who provided a ridiculous cop out response with no genuine attempt to resolve.

accept no substitute My wife and i both have occasional lower back discomfort to the extent of limiting our mobility. There have been numerous occasions (including moving day to our new house) where we would have been bedridden without our hyperice waist packs. We have tried other products but the bottom line is that you usually get what you pay for. We each have a pack and an arsenal of fuel refills in case both of us are stricken simultaneously.

The best customer service I've experienced in a long time! I had a fault with my Normatec Boots where they weren't charging. I emailed in and got a response very quickly, after a couple of problem solving attempts I asked if they could send out a new charger for me to try as that would be the simplest fix. This was met with an immediate yes and the charger arrived a few days later. Alex kept me up to date every step of the way and was extremely helpful. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

Customer Service Perfection! After a couple of years, my hypervolt battery screws broke off and I inquired with their live chat rep for guidance. After asking for a quick and easy serial number... I was offered an easy free replacement. Such amazing customer service and truly a save of a lot of time and back and forth. My hypervolt has been a trusted companion on my health journey and I'm so excited this process to fix was simple and customer centric! Great Job Hyperice!
