Highly Recommend I ordered two sets of Normatec Legs with Hip attachment directly from Hyperice.ca in October 2023. The purchase was made for 2 young athletes engaged in elite level hockey at a full time hockey academy. Both boys use them before and after games and practices and have nothing but good things to say about the product and how it relieves muscle fatigue and soreness. Beyond the quality of the items, I want to comment on the excellent experience dealing with Hyperice. There were some supply issues and both orders were unable to be filled as planned. During the period of waiting for inventory, the items went on sale at a considerable discount. I inquired about a price adjustment, and was put in contact with customer service rep Alejandra, who did an excellent job in getting the price adjustment through and issuing a prompt refund. The order was shipped by courier, and arrived promptly and in good condition. In my experience, this is an good company that puts a priority on customer service and satisfaction.

Customer Service Perfection! After a couple of years, my hypervolt battery screws broke off and I inquired with their live chat rep for guidance. After asking for a quick and easy serial number... I was offered an easy free replacement. Such amazing customer service and truly a save of a lot of time and back and forth. Great product and great customer service I've been using the Hypervolt 2 Pro for little over a year & I am very happy with this device. I feel especially refreshed after strenous leg workouts or after sitting down at the office all day. I am also extremely impressed with their customer service: very knowledgeable and fast acting, very nice way to have my issue handled like this. Great product and great customer service. Great Product I've Owned for 7-8 Years I am a long term owner and have owned two Hyperice knee products for the last 7-8 years. These are excellent for athletic or injury recovery. My daughter played basketball and injured her knee and now her knee aches and swells a bit from any abuse from running/jogging or playing other sports using her knee. Hyperice provides pain relief and reduces any swelling using extreme cold from the compression cooling it provides. I think it is probably second best to the professional circulating ice water pump compression devices that cost thousands.
