GBPoor Claims Service We had purchased many devices that came with the paid service plan, and now the claims department wont fix the devices. Our business has relied heavily on GoCare standing behind their warranty, and this ordeal has put a very bad taste in our mouth about continuing doing business.

GBPoor communication when system down I filed a claim and expected contact within the 4 - 6 hour SLA that's promoted on the site. I called two days later to be told 'all our claims and purchases are backed up. We don't know when our system will be back up, call us again Monday.' Given the issue is on GoCare's side I'd expect proactive and regular communication to those affected. Poor customer experience, especially given it's for my son's school computer and they'll give him a loaner only through the end of this month.

GBToo soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage; my irritation is with the website - VERY clunky and one doesn't always know what is required or whether or not a field had been missed. Too soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage! Why not wait until a claim has been made so clients can make a judgement about how the claim is handled? The website is awful, clunky and lacks clarity.

GBGoCare comes through when you have a broken iPad My family and I have used GoCare twice. My 14 year old son is required to have an iPad at school so we purchased the GoCare policy. Unfortunately, we had to use it twice due to accidental damage. Both times GoCare was extremely responsive and fixed our son's iPad like new!! I would definitely recommend GoCare.....we renewed our policy just recently.

GBEasy Peasy Lemon Squeezy It was very easy to apply for your coverage plan. My son's school sent me information regarding his specific device. I filled in the blanks and was a registered customer in the blink of an eye. Knowing we have the added protection your plan provides eases my mind in the event an accident were to occur !
