Too soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage; my irritation is with the website - VERY clunky and one doesn't always know what is required or whether or not a field had been missed. Too soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage! Why not wait until a claim has been made so clients can make a judgement about how the claim is handled? The website is awful, clunky and lacks clarity.

A must have for second & out of warranty electronics Those of us you purchase of second, after-market, or out of warranty knows what happens if an accident happens. The service provider or manufacturer usually won't welcome any claims. Finally, with Go Care that doesn't have the case.

They got my phone for about 3 weeks and … They got my phone for about 3 weeks and didn't say a word about the repairment process. I tried to contact the service center several times but they just kept silence! When I got the phone back nothing changed...

Service is really awesome, very smooth transaction and customer service support is really good I had claimed this year, I didn't believe that gocare would support such a great service when one of my friend was referred me last year. Now I believe and trust the service that was provided by Gocare completely 100% after I claimed for my samsung S3 cell phone repair. It was very smooth transaction, good customer support till I get my cell phone back.

It took a lot of correspondence, too much I think, but the person I was corresponding with was friendly and helpful. It took a lot of correspondence, too much I think, but the person I was corresponding with was friendly and helpful. There were more hoops to jump through than I would've liked. I ended up deciding not to go through with it after so much run around and uncertainty. I did pay the $50, but have decided to insure my phone elsewhere.
