GBPoor Claims Service We had purchased many devices that came with the paid service plan, and now the claims department wont fix the devices. Our business has relied heavily on GoCare standing behind their warranty, and this ordeal has put a very bad taste in our mouth about continuing doing business.

GBToo soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage; my irritation is with the website - VERY clunky and one doesn't always know what is required or whether or not a field had been missed. Too soon to leave a review about the insurance coverage! Why not wait until a claim has been made so clients can make a judgement about how the claim is handled? The website is awful, clunky and lacks clarity.

GBNo Response to Claim for 4-5 weeks Every time I call or send an email I don't get any response. Now the voicemail message say the claims are being managed by Fortegra Financial - Have these guys gone out of business? They have my sons school issued Ipad. Concerned Dad

GBi like go care because i can purchase a protection plan with a low deductable. I suggest you purchase go care cell phone insurance because its cheap and it has a low deductible. They also deliver your repaired phone in about a day or two days. For a two year plan it goes for $129. For a three year plan it goes for $149 so I think its a bargain at those prices. You can also purchase their smartphones plans thirty days after you purchased your smartphone.

GBBetter value than their competitors! I have purchased plenty of 3rd-party electronics insurance plans over the years. Besides being much less expensive, Gocare.com offers a lower deductible than both my wireless carrier and the other major 3rd-party insurance providers. The plan I got covers my phone if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. Even water damage is covered! Signing up for the insurance online was quick and easy. I love knowing that if my phone gets lost or ruined, I can rely on Gocare.com for a replacement.
