Excellent customer service Unfortunately, I had to return my sleep band. It was too large for my head. But I am giving this a 5 star review because their customer service is EXCELLENT. I am so impressed. They issued me a full refund and reimbursed me for the cost to mail my sleep band back to them. I received an email from an actual person (not just an auto-generated email) and she helped me with the entire return process. I can't review the product since the band did not fit, but if you are thinking about ordering a sleep band, give it a try. You have nothing to lose!

Generally love - the BUT is a big one. Very comfortable. Wish the speakers could be moved slightly, they are just a bit too far apart for my ears. Tried to move them but they move back. Needed help obtaining the user manual - Customer Service was great. REVISED RATING: Changed from 4 stars to 3. I experienced same problem I read about in another review - trying to adjust volume and the darn thing initiated a phone call at 3 a.m.!!! Totally unacceptable. Tiny little buttons, trying to distinguish between a short push, a long push, a double push —. NONE OF THAT SHOULD INITIATE A PHONE CALL. Manufacturer needs to include a way to disable the phone feature.

Thats mindblowing I orderd my sleepband pro, which I actually didnt want to order (so totally my fault), they just offered me the normal sleepband with no additional costs. I received the second one, I am super satisfied with the products Sleepband Pro: Really, totally black out and not any pressure on your nose or anything! Sleepband: Super comfy and super good in sound For the incredible customer service I should give another 6 stars.

Great customer service still exists! The sleep band isn't exactly what we were looking for, so we got a refund AND the older model to try out - no charge! It's so tough to find good customer service these days. Ashley was very sweet and accommodating.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ABSOLUTE SCAM. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two sleepbands over 3 weeks ago. First I did not receive a confirmation email. I have then sent them a Facebook message and 2 emails following up and heard nothing back from them. Daylight robbery. I will be submitting a formal claim to my Credit Card company but for future customers...STAY AWAY. DON'T BOTHER. They are robbing people and trying to get away with it. Do not fall victim to this scam!
