GBRocky start but happy ending! We had a rocky start, but Ashley W. at Sleepband.com responded promptly and consistently to resolve my problem ( a lost package). I placed my order in February and by the end of March had not received my Sleep Band. Ashley quickly responded, got the tracking number, and together we ascertained that the package never made it to the USPS. She promptly resubmitted my order, issued a refund for my troubles, and sent us an extra mask. My hubby and I have both been using them and are very happy. I like to listen to ambient sounds or night stories to help myself go to sleep, but regular ear pods hurt when I am on my side. There are no wires and you can maneuver the flat little speakers around the soft band to your preference. The band charges easily and quickly. I do recommend them, and appreciate Ashley’s diligence and great customer service.

AUthey dont answer queries I placed an order last week. I attempted to contact them just to get an order confirmation and possibly tracking information have emailed multiple times. First time nothing, second time some sort of automated email responder. very poor ustomer service I hold low hopes of even getting the product

GBGreat customer service still exists! The sleep band isn't exactly what we were looking for, so we got a refund AND the older model to try out - no charge! It's so tough to find good customer service these days. Ashley was very sweet and accommodating.

DEThats mindblowing I orderd my sleepband pro, which I actually didnt want to order (so totally my fault), they just offered me the normal sleepband with no additional costs. I received the second one, I am super satisfied with the products Sleepband Pro: Really, totally black out and not any pressure on your nose or anything! Sleepband: Super comfy and super good in sound For the incredible customer service I should give another 6 stars.

CAAmazing service I love my Sleepband, but my review is for their A+ service. I wrote to ask if there was a way to shut off the blinking light (it was disrupting my wife's sleep). There was not, as I had an older model. Their solution was to proactively ship me the new model, even though I hadn't asked for it. That's fantastic customer service. Thank you Ashley W!
