Has been a week and no shipment date in… Has been a week and no shipment date in sight. After reading these trustpilot reviews and seeing that their customer service phone number has a full mailbox. I will just ask my card to help me get reimbursed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Generally love - the BUT is a big one. Very comfortable. Wish the speakers could be moved slightly, they are just a bit too far apart for my ears. Tried to move them but they move back. Needed help obtaining the user manual - Customer Service was great. REVISED RATING: Changed from 4 stars to 3. I experienced same problem I read about in another review - trying to adjust volume and the darn thing initiated a phone call at 3 a.m.!!! Totally unacceptable. Tiny little buttons, trying to distinguish between a short push, a long push, a double push —. NONE OF THAT SHOULD INITIATE A PHONE CALL. Manufacturer needs to include a way to disable the phone feature.

Bad product and worse service Recently received my 2 sleepband pro's... I have been trying to get ahold of support for 3 days now, even messaging then through Facebook... I have received no response. The device is very uncomfortable, and the left speaker has no cushion surrounding it, making it both very uncomfortable and moves around freely so you spend a stressful 5 minutes each time you put the band on or move it just trying to get the stupid speaker back into the correct spot over your ear. I want to take advantage of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee to return and get my money back. But unfortunately they are un-contactable. I'm hopeful that leaving this review gets a response as it seems the only thing they care about!!!

Cheaper then sleephone Pro: cheaper then sleephones Cons: no sizes just one standard size, feels abit loose but acceptable i guess, bluetooth module big but at least its on the front so no problems via side sleeping but why not encase the module in silicone or at least the band should have some cushioning pocket for the bluetooth module to sit in p.s tracking showed it in china then had a long journey to the US to then be shipped to australia. According to the globe/map it would've been faster/shorter distance to send it to me via china? pps why call them noise cancelling headphones when they cant be noise cancelling since they're external i.e they're speakers Rate: 7/10

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. Do not trust this site for sleep band. I was charged for sleepband pro with bluetooth and i recieved a local cheap eyeband. There is no customer care service or any button where you can apply for return / refund.
