GBI have 3 things to say about the Bionix… I have 3 things to say about the Bionix headlamp, first is that you will not be disappointed with the brightness, it really lights up a lot, a powerful white light! So much so that it could blind you ( a bit of a joke ) secondly the shipping was not that fast but I received the product and for me that's what matters. Lastly, I think it's a great price with a very good quality! Not bad for me!

GBIt is worth more than what you pay, it is fantastic! So I ordered this fantastic headlamp for my husband, he loved it and it has worked great for his daily chores or night walks with our dog. But you must take into account the following: The headlamp arrives without a battery, so you will have to charge the battery for a few hours for the first time until you see a green light that will indicate that it is ready to charge! You may be scared thinking that the headlamp does not work but you just have to put it on charge. In general, I must say that it shines much brighter than expected, it has 10 modes and is suitable for many activities or tasks. Regarding the price and quality you get more than what you pay for !!! so definitely worth the purchase.

GBTerrible customer service. I have 3 to return Terrible customer service Want to return 3 lamps came too late for Christmas and they liked the ones better that we ordered so we could get in time. These are too heavy compared to the the one from Amazon we bought. They will not answer phone, emails, nothing. Better Business Bureau or other agencies to be notified if I do not hear back from them.

GBNever received my order I ordered 4 headlamps in November 2022. After multiple emails to customer service and "apologies" I still haven't received them. It's now August 2023. I'm still trying to get my money back.

GBI ordered 2 headlamps and Nothing I ordered 2 headlamps and recieved email confirmation. Later I received an email saying my order had shipped but the tracking info was left blank. I contacted customer service and received an apology and a picture of mail bins filled with orders but still no tracking info. 2 weeks later I contacted them again and this time recieved and apology that they had gotten in too many orders and where waiting on more product. I also noticed some other irregularities in the emails so I asked them about canceling my order. They have yet to respond again.
