Relying on Evri as your delivery… Relying on Evri as your delivery service is a big mistake. Had I know, I wouldnt have bothered ordering. Needless to say tracking for Evri was complete rubbish and a waste of time staying in to receive.

Ordered a quantity of 5 silicone boost… Ordered a quantity of 5 silicone boost and coolant hoses in Black on a Tuesday, they then phoned me late on Thursday saying they didn't have Black, please pick another colour. I suggested send them all out in Red. When they turned up ASH have sent me 4 hoses in Red and one in Black, not quick brilliant service but it will have to do.

Really good quality products. I needed a silicone joiner for my supercharger which needed to be 50mm in length. This was one of the few companies who offer a 50mm option, which is really good news if you don’t fancy cutting the pipe yourself. The pipe supplied is of a very high quality and feels really sturdy, unlike some silicone hoses I have seen. I would highly recommend this company and Ashley on their customer service has been really helpful.

I ordered and paid for 20L of Adblue… I ordered and paid for 20L of Adblue (for diesel cars) via ebay, they only shipped 10L and wouldn't respond to my request for either a part refund or the balance of the order. So I opened a case against them on ebay to which their only response was "close the case before we can respond"! Obviously I didn't and now ebay have part refunded me. These people tried to rip me off...

AVOID - Worst customer service I've ever received Placed an order for some hoses I needed for the weekend (order placed Wednesday before the 3pm cut off time) paid the extra for next day delivery. Order arrived Friday, opened the package to find my order wasn't complete... Tried to contact ASH, no response. Eventually received a response on Sunday saying "Sorry for the delay but I can see your order has now arrived", Ignoring the fact that my order was incomplete, so I contacted them again (Bare in mind this is Monday now and the job I needed the hoses for has been and gone) apparently the hose in out of stock, still shows stock on their site, so instead of offering a refund for the missing hose they offered me a hose at either a different angle or different size... WHAT USE IS THAT! Asked to be refunded, back to no response again now. Never received such poor customer support in my life. ASH - You can revoke my trade account I've just opened, I wont be doing business with you again.
