Poor service Items listed on site as in stock when they weren't causing a delay in delivery. Delivery company were then late delivering items and ASH weren't very helpful in the ordeal. Then once I'd finally received items, pipes had burr on the inside edges. Not what you would expect when you pay good money for these parts. Samco have all my future business.

Lack of customer service Rung up to place an order, had some rude guy answer whom told me to order through their site instead... Firstly, why have a order line if you don't want to accept orders through it, secondly, where is the customer service skills... We are a vehicle based business building customized race vehicles so we order quite a bit. This guy obviously needs less workload. Parts are good quality however, delivery can be temperamental but overall a good business with a wide variety

Ordered rear window wiper Ordered rear window wiper. Good was delivered by Hermes who delivered it to the wrong address. Company refused to accept it had been delivered to the wrong address and refused to refund. Need to improve their customer service. Other better companies out there, do not use

AVOID - Worst customer service I've ever received Placed an order for some hoses I needed for the weekend (order placed Wednesday before the 3pm cut off time) paid the extra for next day delivery. Order arrived Friday, opened the package to find my order wasn't complete... Tried to contact ASH, no response. Eventually received a response on Sunday saying "Sorry for the delay but I can see your order has now arrived", Ignoring the fact that my order was incomplete, so I contacted them again (Bare in mind this is Monday now and the job I needed the hoses for has been and gone) apparently the hose in out of stock, still shows stock on their site, so instead of offering a refund for the missing hose they offered me a hose at either a different angle or different size... WHAT USE IS THAT! Asked to be refunded, back to no response again now. Never received such poor customer support in my life. ASH - You can revoke my trade account I've just opened, I wont be doing business with you again.
