GBI sent in Two iPhone and they have had… I sent in Two iPhone and they have had them over 8 days so far and not even an update on their website nor is there a phone number to call and i have emailed them multiple time and no responds

GBHorrible response time I sent an unsealed iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in the box unopened to Trademore recently, and I know they received it because I looked up the tracking number and saw that it had arrived. I tried to call them, but they didn't have a number, so I emailed them to find out when I would get my payment through my PayPal account. They should definitely have a customer service number. If I knew that they'd take their time I would have sold my Iphone to other companies that has way better response time like isurgeon, Save Gadget, Gadget Pickup, Itsworthmore, and more that's listed on the website of Sellcell.com all of which Trademore isn't listed. This was their response: Thank you for contacting Trademore Support! A member of our team will reach out to you within 1 to 2 business days and will happily answer your question or resolve your issue. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. We truly appreciate your business, and we will aim to get back to you as promptly as we can. GBVery disappointed in company and… Very disappointed in company and service. They say that the phone I sent in was a different model and the offer was rescinded. I just got that model from Consumer Cellular and turned around to upgrade and needed to sell the Moto E5 play, which they said is not the model. Go figure what they are thinking. Very disappointed with overall activity with this company.

GBThey received my phone over 2 weeks ago… They received my phone over 2 weeks ago and still no update on their site or money sent to my PayPal account. Will not be using them again.

GBBad experience never again Trademore it just Verizon company they don't even know what they are doing I send my iPad pro 12.9 6th they received over 2 week working days so that's mean about 20 days ago they never send my device back or send me the funds
