GBCompany quickly responded finally when complaints filed Updated review: Email contact form didn't work on the website when I tried to inquire about my stalled process. I sent a device in, I had confirmation of arrival but nothing from Trademore on my account. They had no updates and no record of having my device. Upon my negative review, they did respond and made it right. Can't give 5 stars because of what I needed to do for them to respond, but otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

GBAfter researching this website &… After researching this website & looking into reviews I decided to try my luck & buy my first iPhone from TradeMore. I’m glad I did. The shipping was fast. The price was extremely affordable. The condition of the phone was in fact “excellent” my SIM card from my network provider worked without any problems. Would definitely recommend TradeMore to my family & friends & will be using them in the future.

GBTrade more falsely quotes devices to… Trade more falsely quotes devices to their own benefit. Their standards for phone conditions go as followed “ Perfect - Fully functional in like-new condition with no scratches or blemishes. Good - Fully functional with normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic scratches. Poor - Device is not fully functional or has cracked screen and/or bent housing.” I a phone salesman have worked with cellphones for many years and and understand and can agree with these terms. So when given a quote that a iphone 11 with no existing damage and functional problems was quoted to their standard as poor. It leads me to believe that trademore is nothing more than a scam.

GBThey Couldn't Tell The Difference Between a Pixel 3a and a Pixel 2 They incorrectly classified my phone as a Pixel 2 instead of a 3a and knocked my trade in down. Astonishing. If they can't even tell the difference between two phones (especially since the orange button on the side is a dead giveaway for the Pixel 3as) then how do you expect them to properly gauge your trade in? Avoid them at all cost. Instead, you should trade your phone in directly to your carrier or just sell it.

GBMy 1st time experience. Instructions were pretty clear, I received the packaging materials and instructions as stated. It took about 2 weeks from the day I mailed the box to when I received an email with an e-credit card for the amount I expected. That's the only thing I didn't like, I would have preferred a check or a prepaid credit or debit card that I could use anywhere. How do you buy something on line for exactly $23?
