GBThey received my phone over 2 weeks ago… They received my phone over 2 weeks ago and still no update on their site or money sent to my PayPal account. Will not be using them again.

GBI was just like you. I was the same as you. Skimming through whatever reviews I could find, I would always find a reason and wait another day because someones review would impact me. One day I started comparing prices and conditions of iPhones and I finally decided that I would give TradeMore a chance. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with this iPhone 11. The shipping is top notch, I don't think I waited more than 2 days. The phone is flawless, no chips, no scratches, super easy SIM import from old phone, and they include a charger. GBHorrible response time I sent an unsealed iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in the box unopened to Trademore recently, and I know they received it because I looked up the tracking number and saw that it had arrived. I tried to call them, but they didn't have a number, so I emailed them to find out when I would get my payment through my PayPal account. They should definitely have a customer service number. If I knew that they'd take their time I would have sold my Iphone to other companies that has way better response time like isurgeon, Save Gadget, Gadget Pickup, Itsworthmore, and more that's listed on the website of Sellcell.com all of which Trademore isn't listed. This was their response: Thank you for contacting Trademore Support! A member of our team will reach out to you within 1 to 2 business days and will happily answer your question or resolve your issue. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. We truly appreciate your business, and we will aim to get back to you as promptly as we can. GBSlow and unhelpful customer service The apartment number was not included in the shipping address. They stated that they couldn't change it, and FedEx will now not deliver it and will not let me pick it up from them. There is no number to call Trademore to talk to someone, and I have no way of fixing this without my device being sent back to them... so frustrating

GBWhile the phone condition was good (not… While the phone condition was good (not quite the excellent they claimed) my problem was that the phone I purchased still had an unpaid balance due which is not cool. I can’t recommend buying from them... Update: TradeMore responded and offered to help which I appreciate, but the phone is already on its way back being returned. That said, selling phones that have unpaid balance due is not cool and as stated, my review above stands
