Phone came locked I ordered from Trademore and within 2 days time the "new" phone was sitting at my doorstep. Supposedly I needed to sign for it, but it was just dropped outside my apartment building. Opened it up and the phone is in excellent condition. Here's the kicker. The phone is locked and I can't unlock it. Their customer service is only available during weekday work hours while my carrier's IT department is laughing at me purchasing from a used retailer.

Their standards for phone conditions go as followed “ Perfect - Fully functional in like-new condition with no scratches or blemishes. Good - Fully functional with normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic scratches. Poor - Device is not fully functional or has cracked screen and/or bent housing.” I a phone salesman have worked with cellphones for many years and and understand and can agree with these terms. So when given a quote that a iphone 11 with no existing damage and functional problems was quoted to their standard as poor. It leads me to believe that trademore is nothing more than a scam.

Bad experience never again Trademore it just Verizon company they don't even know what they are doing I send my iPad pro 12.9 6th they received over 2 week working days so that's mean about 20 days ago they never send my device back or send me the funds

a wonderful website! my aunt helped her daughter buy a phone off from trademore, so i bought a phone (iPhone 12 pro max) to see how it is. i got the excellent condition, 256 gb, and unlocked and it came perfectly! just like they said, it did come in within 2 business days through fedex. i suggest if you do order it, have someone be at your home for you so when fedex delivers your phone they’re able to sign it off for you. i will be definitely ordering more iPhones for cheaper prices on trademore!!
