GBassistance hello, I recently tried placing an order on the website. it gave me this message after i tried giving the payment with my credit card, however it seems it still charged my card although the order didn't process through. I have tried to contact everywhere & have not received a response.

GBa wonderful website! my aunt helped her daughter buy a phone off from trademore, so i bought a phone (iPhone 12 pro max) to see how it is. i got the excellent condition, 256 gb, and unlocked and it came perfectly! just like they said, it did come in within 2 business days through fedex. i suggest if you do order it, have someone be at your home for you so when fedex delivers your phone they’re able to sign it off for you. i will be definitely ordering more iPhones for cheaper prices on trademore!!

GBI was just like you. I was the same as you. Skimming through whatever reviews I could find, I would always find a reason and wait another day because someones review would impact me. One day I started comparing prices and conditions of iPhones and I finally decided that I would give TradeMore a chance. Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with this iPhone 11. The shipping is top notch, I don't think I waited more than 2 days. The phone is flawless, no chips, no scratches, super easy SIM import from old phone, and they include a charger. GBMy 1st time experience. Instructions were pretty clear, I received the packaging materials and instructions as stated. It took about 2 weeks from the day I mailed the box to when I received an email with an e-credit card for the amount I expected. That's the only thing I didn't like, I would have preferred a check or a prepaid credit or debit card that I could use anywhere. How do you buy something on line for exactly $23?

GBSlow and unhelpful customer service The apartment number was not included in the shipping address. They stated that they couldn't change it, and FedEx will now not deliver it and will not let me pick it up from them. There is no number to call Trademore to talk to someone, and I have no way of fixing this without my device being sent back to them... so frustrating
