While I managed to get a refund from the chat agent, she told me only for this time and next time there will be investigation. I don't like to be treated as a thief. It's a simple order of 4 items of the same product, you missed one, then a refund is expected. If I have to jump through hoops to make your mistake right, I will never order again.

I checked with my card issuer and there’s no hold or any issue. GNC chat agent always saying my card has issue and cannot provide any further instructions or assistance.

Highly satisfied service in Singapore I mostly order online supplements from them, the delivery, packaging is top notch. Further they make sure to include promo gifts with high order value. Their in store staff in multiple locations in SG are also really helpful. I see lot of negative comments for US location, probable they need to improve their service there as in SG we mostly prefer GNC.

They preceded to cancel have my order with no explanation why and immediately after the did that I tried to get them to cancel the rest of my order and they refused to. The items I was supposed to get for free were among the canceled items so they didn't even honor their sell. I will never order from GNC again.

Pathetic Customer Service A wrong parcel was delivered to my place against a prepaid delivery. This, against a proper OTP verified system. I have been a repeat customer of the franchise but the customer care apathy & outright dismissiveness is appalling. I should not have been holding on to someone else's parcel if the delivery would have been so accurately OTP based. Strongly advise against placing any prepaid order with this franchise as the post sales support is virtually non existent.
