They preceded to cancel have my order with no explanation why and immediately after the did that I tried to get them to cancel the rest of my order and they refused to. The items I was supposed to get for free were among the canceled items so they didn't even honor their sell. I will never order from GNC again.

GBCustomer Service is worthless. I've purchased in stores for years now. No real issues there as they have what I need. However, my partner will sometimes go in for me so I've had two email accounts on record for them. No big deal. One time in-store shopping I decided to purchase the pro plan. The associate rang me up and supposedly attached the pro plan to an account based on the phone number, and that was that. Months later when trying to restock and use the Pro Plan it was NOT attached to either account. I emailed CS they said they'd consolidate my accounts, and attach the plan as they saw I did purchase it. In between the 48-hour waiting periods of CS reply, I just went to the store. Now months later I still have no Pro Plan access, loss of points due to the consolidation, and 4 CS associates who cannot return an email trying to get it resolved. Moral of the story: if you shop in-store it's fine. If you need to rely on them for anything outside of that you're better off just going entirely elsewhere. Their CS is absolutely worthless.

CAGNC has to be the biggest rip off of… GNC has to be the biggest rip off of any supplement company out there. Blasting my emails with “discounts” meanwhile nothing states it’s in USD funds while I am in Canada. Since when do US supplement companies offer free shipping to Canada? Oh ya ones that are charging 40% more per product. And conveniently unable to process returns. Not to mention two separate transactions went through on my account. I order online regularly and I’ve never been more unhappy with an online purchase in my life! Take your supplement shopping business to BodyBuilding.com

GBSomebody needs to short GNC.. Dont know what has happened to GNC but someone needs to short them as they have become a horrendous company. The staff are inadequately trained, they hawk and push their crappy GNC products through their outlets and keep the better quality items online and their shipping is a complete joke. The CEO of this company needs to haul his head out his *ss and have a look around to see what is really going on. Used to be a premium member but honestly won’t support them anymore.

GBPlaced an order on GNC website Placed an order on GNC website. I ordered 4 items but only received 3. While I managed to get a refund from the chat agent, she told me only for this time and next time there will be investigation. I don't like to be treated as a thief. It's a simple order of 4 items of the same product, you missed one, then a refund is expected. If I have to jump through hoops to make your mistake right, I will never order again.
