I bought 4 cameras from the Doraville… I bought 4 cameras from the Doraville Georgia store. I found them on the Lorex camera website cheaper than I paid at this store. So I called them today and was transferred to every department the store has I believe. Needless to say after 1.5 hours of wasted time on the phone i was told to come into the store. So I drove the 1.5 hours to the store to show them on the Lorex website that they were cheaper on there than what I paid at brandsmart, because they will price match. It was an approximate $130 difference, so yes I wanted to be reimbursed. I showed them that they were cheaper on the website and they said since I bought 2 separate cameras from brandsmart, because that's how they sell them, now mind you they are the same cameras, that they could not reimburse me any money because the 2 pack the website sells is considerably less to buy than they could sell them for and wouldn't honor their price. I was like what the heck??? I went off, especially after they said I could have called to settle this over the phone before I came to the store. This had me furious!!! Then to tell me they couldn't do a refund!!! What ever happen to the customer is always right?? Thos store manager was rude and unprofessional and clearly was looking to get out of offer me a refund after there refund policy says .....find it cheaper and we will refund.....NO HASSLES!!!! Well that's Bullcrap!!! Long story short, the cameras will be taken back to this crappy, poor run, discustomer service store, my brandsmart card cut up and no longer used and a customer of nearly 20 years lost. Not that they would care but please beware of there lying policies and price comparisons.

Do NOT Trust BRANDSMART WARRANTY AND GUARANTEED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY I just purchased a refrigerator less than a month ago. I also purchased the fake extended warranty. The refrigerator stopped working on Day 25 of ownership and I called BrandsMart to exchange per their policy. My food is going bad and the best I can get is a threat that some technician will call and I better answer or I will be removed from the list. This is crazy service. I spoke to a lady named Lydia and explained my situation. I am unable to drive to the store at this time due to health. I called the store and was transferred. Purchase ORDER NUMBER 3850849. I will keep writing until someone corrects this injustice. My God, it's inflation and you are selling garbage and don't honor your policy.

I purchased a refrigerator from the… I purchased a refrigerator from the outlet store. I had to pick it up because delivery was not available until the following week and my fridge had stopped working. When I came home I found out that the control panel didn’t work. I called Brandsmart and they sent a technician in 3 days. The technician suggested a replacement. Brand smart gave me a hard time to return the defective fridge. I had to pay 95 for them to send someone to get it. Very poor service. Manager was rude. I will never go back to the store.

Steve Stephens has been working with us… Steve Stephens has been working with us on our kitchen appliances. We actually special ordered an oven and changed our mind prior to the arrival of our oven. Steve’s manager Ed approved our change and refunded us our money. We were able to move forward and order our oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Steve was beyond patient and knowledgeable about the appliances. We highly recommend him and brandsmart.

Avoid at all costs I had an appointment for my dishwasher to be repaired from 9am-1pm. The repair man called me at 8:57, but I was in a meeting with a professor that ended at 9am. I called back at 9:10 (only about 10 minutes later). When I called back they told me I had 'missed my appointment'. How on earth could I have missed my appointment from 9am-1pm having called back ten minutes later? I called two different agents to see if any of them could help. The first agent told me they had tried to call the repair man and he hadn't picked up, the second agent told me the repair man said he refused to come. When I asked the second agent to speak to the manager she told me the manager wasn't available. She said Id received a call back from the manager but I never received one.
