GBThe worst delivery service ever The worst delivery service ever, the $79.00 cost of delivery, almost a week, and still waiting. They promise delivery on Monday, three days after purchase and today is Sunday, over a week after purchase and I am still waiting. I wait all day, with a confirmed delivery in the morning, another text for 2, 3:30, 5:30 and still waiting. The Customer service is non-existent, they hang up multiple times. I'm so disappointed, and worst of all, nobody cares. Once you pay your purchase, you are on your own, they don't even care about your time, not even an apology . Wow, so sad. I will think twice about using them again.

GBI bought 4 cameras from the Doraville… I bought 4 cameras from the Doraville Georgia store. I found them on the Lorex camera website cheaper than I paid at this store. So I called them today and was transferred to every department the store has I believe. Needless to say after 1.5 hours of wasted time on the phone i was told to come into the store. So I drove the 1.5 hours to the store to show them on the Lorex website that they were cheaper on there than what I paid at brandsmart, because they will price match. It was an approximate $130 difference, so yes I wanted to be reimbursed. I showed them that they were cheaper on the website and they said since I bought 2 separate cameras from brandsmart, because that's how they sell them, now mind you they are the same cameras, that they could not reimburse me any money because the 2 pack the website sells is considerably less to buy than they could sell them for and wouldn't honor their price. I was like what the heck??? I went off, especially after they said I could have called to settle this over the phone before I came to the store. This had me furious!!! Then to tell me they couldn't do a refund!!! What ever happen to the customer is always right?? Thos store manager was rude and unprofessional and clearly was looking to get out of offer me a refund after there refund policy says .....find it cheaper and we will refund.....NO HASSLES!!!! Well that's Bullcrap!!! Long story short, the cameras will be taken back to this crappy, poor run, discustomer service store, my brandsmart card cut up and no longer used and a customer of nearly 20 years lost. Not that they would care but please beware of there lying policies and price comparisons.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service, Melody at 954-797-4000 was so rude, I have never encountered such horrible animal. My deliver was scheduled between 3:30-6:30, at 7:30 no delivery. Melody was very rude and treated me as though I was disturbing her by asking about my deliver time. I would rather pay the extra money for my merchandise some place else than to be treated like a third class citizen. It is not worth the humiliation I encountered with those people. I rather pay more with a peace of mind. Brandsmart customer service is the worst. And the employees let you know that they can get away with treating the customers badly. I will never spend another cent with those people. By the way two men showed up at my door after 8:30 pm to deliver my appliances. I refused to answer, I am a single woman who lives along. If something bad had happened to me no one would have known who created the crime.

GBI purchased a refrigerator from the… I purchased a refrigerator from the outlet store. I had to pick it up because delivery was not available until the following week and my fridge had stopped working. When I came home I found out that the control panel didn’t work. I called Brandsmart and they sent a technician in 3 days. The technician suggested a replacement. Brand smart gave me a hard time to return the defective fridge. I had to pay 95 for them to send someone to get it. Very poor service. Manager was rude. I will never go back to the store.

GBSteve Stephens has been working with us… Steve Stephens has been working with us on our kitchen appliances. We actually special ordered an oven and changed our mind prior to the arrival of our oven. Steve’s manager Ed approved our change and refunded us our money. We were able to move forward and order our oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Steve was beyond patient and knowledgeable about the appliances. We highly recommend him and brandsmart.
