GBInconvenient I was inquiring about a twin size bed. The process was long and I wasn't given proper attention. The salesman kept answering the phone while I was waiting. After all was said and done the wrong bed was delivered. A much cheaper mattress. I had to go back to the store and the manager said oh the other mattress is 80.00 more. They like to play games. I was nothing but polite and patient. I didn't appreciate there tactics.This isn't how to keep a regular customer or good recommendations. Unprofessional.They won't be seeing me again !

GBPoor delivery and installation I bought a stove… Receit no 0010405424 I bought a stove on 1/12 that was delivered on 1/20 by Ryder. The two men refused to make the installation despite the fact that I could show them my reciept specifying that installation and haul away was included in my order. I protested and wrote my protest on the slip they wanted me to sign. They were unfriendly and rude too.

GBEither fraudullent or the worst online retailer ever Took my order and payment for an item that showed in stock. When it hadn't shipped after three weeks, I contacted them to ask why it hadn't shipped. I was told they were "waiting for it to come in" and that they had no ETA. Several days later, they cancelled the order and issued a refund. So they basically kept my money for a month and gave me nothing. At best, this is a terrible retailer who can't manager either basic inventory control or timely notification to customers when there is an inventory issue affecting their order. At worst, Brandsmart is a fraudulent company taking short-term loans at the expense of trusting customers. Never again will I do business with this sham of a company.

GBI purchased a top of the line Samsung… I purchased a top of the line Samsung washing machine with an extended warranty. I have had it 3weeks. I have contacted the deerfield store to request for a return the machine has stopped working . After speaking to five people one in sales one at there answering reception one at head office one at Hr in the store. I have had no joy. Prices might sway you to purchase here but buyer beware when it comes to service or returns don't expect a call back or fast service.

GBAvoid at all costs I had an appointment for my dishwasher to be repaired from 9am-1pm. The repair man called me at 8:57, but I was in a meeting with a professor that ended at 9am. I called back at 9:10 (only about 10 minutes later). When I called back they told me I had 'missed my appointment'. How on earth could I have missed my appointment from 9am-1pm having called back ten minutes later? I called two different agents to see if any of them could help. The first agent told me they had tried to call the repair man and he hadn't picked up, the second agent told me the repair man said he refused to come. When I asked the second agent to speak to the manager she told me the manager wasn't available. She said Id received a call back from the manager but I never received one.
