A Kafkaesque Nightmare Customer service is a Kafkaesque nightmare of unnamed voices, typing inaccurate notes into a system. They didn't keep an installation appoinment and told me they changed the date, as if my entire life was nothing more than waiting for them. Then Big V's best customer reaction - shut off service.

Maybe worse than AT&T on customer… Maybe worse than AT&T on customer service. Right off the bat I order the phones and specify that I need the phone tomorrow. “Not a problem. We’ll just do next day shipping.” Charge me 15 dollars and turns out that that’s next business day shipping. It’s $20 for next day shipping on Saturday and you’ll have to cancel your entire order and start over if you want it tomorrow. They suck!!!!!!!

Sandra Spachtholz Verizon has always been someone I could work with. But as of late the customer service on the chat line is ridiculous. I added a third line and got a phone for free. I was told even though I went to a Verizon store, I was not given the whole truth on information. First the store I went to be a Verizon store it was a vendor selling their phones and plans. What a joke. The name says Verizon outside the building. Careful when you go in one of those places. Of course they don't tell you that. Then you get a phone and a plan and are told the phone is free and that your bill won't go up by much. Then you get your bill and it gone way up. You call customer service, and they are worthless. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I'm going to look for another carrier & plan. I'm over Verizon after decades of being a loyal customer.

Verizon runs a very poor customer… Verizon runs a very poor customer service. It’s ridiculous you can not talk to anyone. Much better off back in the day without computers an cell phones

Don't do it! Biggest mistake I've ever made Don't do it! Just don't. They are friendly and helpful until you sign up then your bill is screwed up and they promise if the credit isn't on this bill it will be on the next one and its not. You think you will save money by switching you won't. It will just cause you alot of stress and anger. And your equipment still wont work. Thank you Denise for NOTHING
