Been a Verizon customer for over 25… Been a Verizon customer for over 25 years. Multiple lines. Bought a new Pixel 8 one month and ten days ago and the wireless antenna is bad. Just spent over an hour on the phone with a tech and no solution. However, they will give me a refurbished phone in trade. Thanks a lot. Threw away $700.00 Have to find a new carrier but afraid none of them really care.

Don't do it! Biggest mistake I've ever made Don't do it! Just don't. They are friendly and helpful until you sign up then your bill is screwed up and they promise if the credit isn't on this bill it will be on the next one and its not. You think you will save money by switching you won't. It will just cause you alot of stress and anger. And your equipment still wont work. Thank you Denise for NOTHING

Customer service is beyond horrible Customer service is beyond horrible. I have tried to change phone service from a business account to personal account since I am retired. It has been going on for 3 months with long hold times, a change that they told me would take 24 to 48 hours. To the point that Verizon is totally not a company I will ever use age again for cell service. By the way, the change has still not been completed.

I had changed my cell service from… I had changed my cell service from Tracfone to Verizon. At first I thought that it was going to be a great change. I found out how WRONG I was. I did get the bundle I wanted. I then needed to get my phone switched with the Verizon Sim card. But, still the phone shows TRACFONE. I had been doing chats online, then called. I had called Verizon Port, which then connected me to Tech Support, Female on 4/15/24. She stated that since my phone was not switching over the way it should and having sim card problems that I would have a temp number. But, the person at Tech Support would have a different phone sent and sim card. These were going to be at no charge since my Samsung Galaxy was old. This was heard by my spouse hearing what was said. It has been three days now. No phone or sim card. I then once again did online chat on 4/18/24. The last chat was so long to get this corrected that I was DISCONNECTED. So I had to call Verizon speaking to a person that English was NOT the primary language. I needed to know when the new phone and sim card would be received. So, now I found that the person, female in Tech Support WAS JUST BLOWING SMOKE. No new phone nor sim card. She left me with TWO phone numbers. The one I wanted to hold onto and a second as a TEMP until the Phone and Sim card would arrive. It appears that Verizon DOES NOT KNOW what is going on. Just not a way to treat a LONG TIME Verizon customer since 2012.

Verizon wifi This isn't really about wireless or cell it's about there wifi, never buy Verizon wifi they make the worst wifi the download and upload speeds are awful and it's just the worst wifi.
