GBThe worst company in the world The worst company in the world. They have no customer service. They have no review or management process. There is no way to make complaints. They are just out right rude rotten and thieves. They make claims like unlimited service that does not exist. They overcharge your account and than say you have a credit. I have been a customer for over 18months and every month they get worse than the last. And there answer to everything is we discontinued that plan and we have a new one that is only 5 dollars more a month. Rotten rotten rotten

GBThe bottom of the barrel. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. Do not trust their promotional offers. They sell you things you don’t want or need and fail to disclose the true costs. They falsely understate the cost and then threaten to send you to a collection agency if you refuse to pay it. Every time I talk with them, they quote me a different cost for the same service. You cannot trust anything they say.

GBWorst Phone Service Provider Customer Service nothing but a runaround, nonresponsive service, delay, delay, delay. Extremely overpriced product and service which often has no signal in a highly populated city! Unacceptable for the high price! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

GBSandra Spachtholz Verizon has always been someone I could work with. But as of late the customer service on the chat line is ridiculous. I added a third line and got a phone for free. I was told even though I went to a Verizon store, I was not given the whole truth on information. First the store I went to be a Verizon store it was a vendor selling their phones and plans. What a joke. The name says Verizon outside the building. Careful when you go in one of those places. Of course they don't tell you that. Then you get a phone and a plan and are told the phone is free and that your bill won't go up by much. Then you get your bill and it gone way up. You call customer service, and they are worthless. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I'm going to look for another carrier & plan. I'm over Verizon after decades of being a loyal customer.

GBI signed up for their cheapest plan and got screwed! I signed up for their cheapest plan and thy stuck me with the most expensive and it went up from $65 to $120 a month when I double checked my plan on their website. I called them and they told me that if I changed the plan to the one I was promised me I would lose the discount that I got when I TRADED IN MY ANDROID PHONE, and that would stick me with a $530 bill. They flat screwed and I had thought that how Apple jacked me would be bad enough. My switch to Apple And VERIZON cost me plenty and they aren't worth a crap for service. I wish there was a better option on both and I am going to talk to T-Mobile tomorrow. I would say STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON if you want honest dealings.
