However the device came faulty and would not work properly, my initially impression was bad. However! Once I reached out to the support team they were amazing and most helpful. They arrange a DHL prepaid pickup all the way from Thailand to their office in USA and I received a new device back to my door within a week hassle free! Would definitely recommend to friends.

A Great Gift and Attentive Customer Experience These video frame are charming and make the absolute perfect gift. After we put our dog down, I ordered one for my husband with a video of our pup fetching a ball. He loves it and everyone that comes over comments on how cool it is. When the display stopping working, they were easy to communicate with and replaced the defective object seamlessly.
