Bait and switch, shame on Nixplay Like many others posting here, although I have had issues with their randomizer showing some photos but skipping others, I was recommending the product because there was no other product that did what I wanted. And now, they change the rules, suddenly you have to pay their monthly fee to get the feature that I bought it for in the first place, which was then free. Very poor decision.

Great helpdesk My Nixplay frame stopped working properly - suddenly I couldn't change any settings, both through the remote as well as in the app. The helpdesk did a great job helping me set it up again by numerous emails back and forth. Big thanks for their patience with me!

The product is amazing and we never had… The product is amazing and we never had any issue since we bought but suddenly when there was issue and product was out of warrantee I was worried that it will cost us the product failure price. I got in touch with CS team at Nixplay and their team member (Par and Mary) were able to sort out and resolve the issue within short span. I must say I have not seen this level of support with any other brand.

I’ve been very pleased with my… I’ve been very pleased with my digiframes. But even more impressed with their technical support. I recently discovered that a number of photos weren’t showing. Turned out to be too high resolution. I was told how to resolve the problem, was sent links to helpful websites and hey presto, problem solved. They were extremely helpful

We had a frame sitting on an end table… We had a frame sitting on an end table for 4 years to the almost the day that it was purchased. We contacted the company to troubleshoot an issue because the frame would go offline showing large distorted vertical lines. The best they would offer to do was sell me one at their current price at 50% off. I did notice prior to this happening that the ability to turn the frame on and off from the map was not available. I will not be buying another from this company.
