GB5 stars for customer service 5 stars for customer service. I needed a replacement remoted and contacted via the website. Communication was clear and prompt. Replacement remote arrived in a few days, no questions, no cost. Well worth calling out good service when we see it.

GBThe product is amazing and we never had… The product is amazing and we never had any issue since we bought but suddenly when there was issue and product was out of warrantee I was worried that it will cost us the product failure price. I got in touch with CS team at Nixplay and their team member (Par and Mary) were able to sort out and resolve the issue within short span. I must say I have not seen this level of support with any other brand.

GBDoesn't allow upload from Microsoft One… Doesn't allow upload from Microsoft One Drive cloud storage WHICH IS STUPID!!! As a Software Tester for Microsoft for 7 1/2 years and a few more years in the private sector all they have to do is use the operating system's Open File dialogue and instantly get access to all different types of sources like Microsoft One Drive... But these dummies reinvented only a quarter of the wheel WHEN THEY COULD HAVE JUST USED THE ALREADY COMPLETED WHEEL!!! I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF STUPID SOFTWARE!!! And there customer service is ONLY chatting... Why are companies not doing real tech support??!? It takes forever to get through all of the issues texting!! And then the customer service reps get upset with the word STUPID and tell me not to cuss.... STUPID IS NOT A CUSS WORD but an excellent representation of these companies!!!

NLGreat helpdesk My Nixplay frame stopped working properly - suddenly I couldn't change any settings, both through the remote as well as in the app. The helpdesk did a great job helping me set it up again by numerous emails back and forth. Big thanks for their patience with me!

GBOrder Cancelled for no reason Company cancelled order saying they thought it was 'fraudulent', when I got in touch they said there was no way to reinstate it. I think they just didn't want to honor the original sale price and delivery timeline due to overextending themselves. Ruined the Christmas surprise we had planned. Be warned and bring your business elsewhere!!
