GBI’ve been very pleased with my… I’ve been very pleased with my digiframes. But even more impressed with their technical support. I recently discovered that a number of photos weren’t showing. Turned out to be too high resolution. I was told how to resolve the problem, was sent links to helpful websites and hey presto, problem solved. They were extremely helpful

GBHopeless Bought two Nixplay frames, gave one as a gift. The one I kept only showed the same 30 or so photos (out of 500). When I asked Nixplay support how to fix, the advice I was given left me unable to see ANY photos. The screen now just says 'Add Photos from your Mobile'. I have tried everything - disconnecting / reconnecting, resyncing, enabling photos / disabling - nothing works. Nixplay's customer service has been dreadful, with very poor quality advice which so far has only made things worse. I really hope the frame I gave as a gift has not had the same problems.

GBDisgusting service and reliability Firstly, placed an order for one of their digital frames yesterday morning, yresterday afternoon I got some fraud rubbish asking me if I actually made the transaction. I responded with yes I did and sent it back. This morning I get an email from them telling me my order had been cancelled because I failed to reply to their fraud cr_ap???? Perhaps they need to take a very close look at THEIR security and reliability instead of accusing customers incorrectly. Disgusting so called customer service! How can you trust a company that refuses to provide it's customers a phone number for contact? They apparently demand email (or chat rubbish) tyo give THEM the option of ignoring those emails they don't like. The frame was a gift for my wife, something she is still going to get; however, it will be a PIX-STAR frame and definitely NOT a nixplay thing. By the way - Pix Star doesn't demand a monthly fee or ANY extra costs oncew you have bought their frame like nixplay does. Another reason to avoid that mob at all costs.

CAAn absolute bait & switch scam for their subscription An absolute bait & switch scam that suddenly limits you to 100 images unless you subscribe. I have had several playlists since I bought it while it was advertised over the holiday season until a app update for "fixing bugs" came out that cut me off completely. I cannot believe companies can get away with dishonest operations. Stick with other products where you can get your money's worth and probably has a better app.

GBI received the Nixplay as a Christmas… I received the Nixplay as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Hours just to figure out how to connect. Documentation provided goes into detail about the physical attributes of the device. Now to upload a picture from my computer. NO DOCUMENTATION provided. Seems this product is geared towards the Iphone crowd, google or other social media. Nothing on how to get pictures from my Windows based computer to the NIXPLAY. Try to ask a question and get a simple answer. Forget it. This product is not oriented towards us remaining PC based crowd. Sorry, I ever undertook trying to upload pictures.
