GBI’ve been very pleased with my… I’ve been very pleased with my digiframes. But even more impressed with their technical support. I recently discovered that a number of photos weren’t showing. Turned out to be too high resolution. I was told how to resolve the problem, was sent links to helpful websites and hey presto, problem solved. They were extremely helpful

GBOrder Cancelled for no reason Company cancelled order saying they thought it was 'fraudulent', when I got in touch they said there was no way to reinstate it. I think they just didn't want to honor the original sale price and delivery timeline due to overextending themselves. Ruined the Christmas surprise we had planned. Be warned and bring your business elsewhere!!

GBA monthly subscription to use a photo frame I bought my frame a couple of years ago having read good reviews on various websites. I was particularly attracted to its ability to link to Google photos and update playlists dynamically. In May 2023 the ironically named Nick Palfreeman at Nixplay wrote to advise that I will need to pay a monthly fee for the rest of my life in order to continue using this feature. Needless to say, Nick is no pal of mine and he won't be getting a penny from me. Bought a Google Hub Max instead. Goodbye Nixplay.

GBDisgusting service and reliability Firstly, placed an order for one of their digital frames yesterday morning, yresterday afternoon I got some fraud rubbish asking me if I actually made the transaction. I responded with yes I did and sent it back. This morning I get an email from them telling me my order had been cancelled because I failed to reply to their fraud cr_ap???? Perhaps they need to take a very close look at THEIR security and reliability instead of accusing customers incorrectly. Disgusting so called customer service! How can you trust a company that refuses to provide it's customers a phone number for contact? They apparently demand email (or chat rubbish) tyo give THEM the option of ignoring those emails they don't like. The frame was a gift for my wife, something she is still going to get; however, it will be a PIX-STAR frame and definitely NOT a nixplay thing. By the way - Pix Star doesn't demand a monthly fee or ANY extra costs oncew you have bought their frame like nixplay does. Another reason to avoid that mob at all costs.
