The process started smooth, but gave way to a BUNCH of confusing issues and our agents jumbled the communication as to what was needed. EVEN SO, Lisa Deason remained patient with us and worked diligently to help us overcome each hurdle as it came about. She got us quick troubleshooting fixes and within a few days we were back on track and running at 100%. She really is a gem and I'm thankful she was there to help us.
