Despite the fact that's it a significant investment, I really love the ergonomics of this stand, as it is able to be positioned below the level of my desk. Currently I have the Cintiq placed at a low, flat angle and my iMac is just behind it, higher up at my eye level. With the toggle feature I can use the Cintiq to paint on while looking at a duplicate image on the iMac which updates in real time, so in effect I can paint on either monitor which really helps to relieve back and neck strain. I'm explaining my setup because many people are hesitant about getting this stand, but I have no regrets with this purchase. Did the thing. You guys did great. Appreciate the honest appraisals of when items would become available if they were not immediately in stock. Don't need hopeful answers, just honest timelines, which you delivered. Also appreciate the social distancing and mask rules.

Sales rep not friendly. Put on email list without request Sales rep on phone was less than pleasant to get into from. I did not appreciate being put on their solicitation email list without requesting it. Makes you regret a purchase. Otherwise all was fine

2 stars Luckily my package did get dropped off and for that, I am really happy for. What I am not happy is the box somewhat being a bit ripped. This cost me 99 dollars and I at least expected something so simple to not have any damage or what so ever. Another thing I would like to mention is that the tracking app they usually have you download does not work all that well and has a hard time finding my package let alone loading it. I also did not receive any messages from my phone when the package was being shipped and when it arrived.

Customer Service Matters! We needed a cord that couldn’t be found in stock anywhere (over 2 weeks delivery). I called this store after finding it randomly on the internet. The man was extremely friendly and told me he would ship it immediately after completing my order. 2 days later my Art college senior was able to complete his final piece of work. You saved the day!!!
