Cintiq arrived in great condition! Very simple interface and fast checkout (aside from having to make the perfunctory account). Did not get email notification for tracking but most people check their order status email so it was not an issue. Packaging material was filled with both paper and air bags to ensure minimal movement. Would definitely use them in the future again!

THE place for wacom replacements! i never leave reviews but these guys are the best! i wrote in the notes of my order to make sure the cord i bought online was the right one since there is an extremely similar looking one that they also offer. not only did they email me to make sure it was correct but they called me before they shipped it too! the person i spoke to was extremely cool and helpful. i am never buying wacom replacement items from ebay again, i'm a custie 4 lyfe!

Used Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 that was flawless! Purchased a used Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 and it’s absolutely beautiful! I had been searching the internet for months looking for one and found Mac Hollywood with an excellent price. The included warranty really sold me especially on a used product it gave me more peace of mind. The cintiq is nearly flawless so their description of the product condition was spot on. It was shipped nice and safe to me within a week of ordering. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again!

Despite the fact that's it a significant investment, I really love the ergonomics of this stand, as it is able to be positioned below the level of my desk. Currently I have the Cintiq placed at a low, flat angle and my iMac is just behind it, higher up at my eye level. With the toggle feature I can use the Cintiq to paint on while looking at a duplicate image on the iMac which updates in real time, so in effect I can paint on either monitor which really helps to relieve back and neck strain. I'm explaining my setup because many people are hesitant about getting this stand, but I have no regrets with this purchase. This was important because Amazon vendors were offering the same product at double and triple your price. I had no prior relationship with them and didn't even know if I would get an authentic Wacom product. You even upgraded my shipping carrier...Thank you!!! BTW the pen is just what I needed to use brushes in Photoshop...works great!
