Patience is the Keyword A++ Dealing with Boxaid, was truly a painless experience. My tech was patient, insightful, and patient (did I mention Patient???) Both Kristine(a) and George were helpful and thorough. I would recommend them on their attitude and work ethic alone, but they have the skillset to get the job done.

Incredibly happy I found Boxaid, especially John! For the last day I tried to fix a major computer problem. Was terrified that I was going to lose critical data (and yes it was backed up, but "corrupted"). While John fixed that problem, he also optimized my computer. An hour later, my problem resolved and computer healthier, I celebrated. So happy I found Boxaid. I highly recommend them. And thank you to John!

I had an issue with microsoft word that… I had an issue with microsoft word that I spent 2 days trying to fix. In the past, I was somehow able to do fix this the few times it reared its ugly head. This time, however, I was stuck so I tried Boxaid for the first time and Kristina worked for over 2 hours trying to find a solution. In the end she said that I had to do a Windows 8 reinstall. This did not cost many anything since she could not fix it. I am delighted with the service and will definitely use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend Kristina and Boxaid.

On the weekends is hardly any…Get the job done without leaving your home. On the weekends is hardly any businesses that's opens, and i had an issue with my computer. I went online and started my search I came across quite a few, but I choose Boxaid, because of there transparency. I then pick the phone and called them, it wasn't long after i. was connected with a qualified specialist, who understand my needs, She was very polite, and knowledge of her work. I'm satisfied with the work she has done. I would not hesitate to recommend Boxaid, to anyone who need a Job well done.

John was exceptional! John was exceptional! He knew EXACTLY how to fix my problem, and made suggestions to improve the speed which helped tremendously. I LOVED that he would log in remotely and I didn't have to drive somewhere to drop off my computer, and leave it there for who knows how long, and then drive back to pick it up, hoping they got all the issues resolved. The fact that we could talk at the same time that he was working on my computer, and I could show him what my issues were was invaluable. I will NEVER use anyone else, or any other company again to repair any of my computers. They go above and beyond! Wish I could leave 10 stars instead of 5!
