GBI wasn't sure how this would all work… I wasn't sure how this would all work out. What I will say is that I worked with Kristina and she was great and explained everything. She has made me a believer and would not hesitate to use them again.

GBJust contacted Boxaid as I was very impressed ! Just contacted Boxaid as I was wondering if I had a bug in my computer preventing me from accessing an app I need for my work from home job. The tech support guy I talked to was generous with his time and fully informative as to what the problem might be. Not my computer apparently which was a relief ! He didn't charge me or ask for money. He recommended the next steps I should take which I am following up on. I would use this company again in a heartbeat if I needed further tech support !!

A seemingly unrelated confluence of fail points in my tech infrastructure had created an almost perfect storm of malfunction across every device in my home--leaving me at a virtual standstill productivity-wise. After completing his diagnostic work, George returned with a very logical and easily understandable explanation of how these seemingly disparate break points were, in fact, related, and how in concert they had brought down my system. George's thoughtful approach to problem solving makes him true a standout from so many of the other IT support professionals I've had the misfortune of having had to rely upon in the past--staffers who simply were just not vested in what they were doing or, more, likely, flat-out incompetent. My heartfelt appreciation again, George, for pulling me out of what had become, to me, an absolutely nightmarish IT predicament!
