Trustworthy, exceptional service! This is the third time I have used Boxaid. US based, exceptional service, trustworthy! Had a problem with antivirus program. Somehow ended up with a 'third party' who started accessing my computer. I terminated and contacted Boxaid to check and resolve any issues from the scammer. In less than 30 min, Kristina checked and resolved issues. Very comforting to know a trustworthy, knowledgeable computer support organization. Highly recommend!!

On the weekends is hardly any…Get the job done without leaving your home. On the weekends is hardly any businesses that's opens, and i had an issue with my computer. I went online and started my search I came across quite a few, but I choose Boxaid, because of there transparency. I then pick the phone and called them, it wasn't long after i. was connected with a qualified specialist, who understand my needs, She was very polite, and knowledge of her work. I'm satisfied with the work she has done. I would not hesitate to recommend Boxaid, to anyone who need a Job well done.

Just contacted Boxaid as I was very impressed ! Just contacted Boxaid as I was wondering if I had a bug in my computer preventing me from accessing an app I need for my work from home job. The tech support guy I talked to was generous with his time and fully informative as to what the problem might be. Not my computer apparently which was a relief ! He didn't charge me or ask for money. He recommended the next steps I should take which I am following up on. I would use this company again in a heartbeat if I needed further tech support !!

Incredibly happy I found Boxaid, especially John! For the last day I tried to fix a major computer problem. Was terrified that I was going to lose critical data (and yes it was backed up, but "corrupted"). While John fixed that problem, he also optimized my computer. An hour later, my problem resolved and computer healthier, I celebrated. So happy I found Boxaid. I highly recommend them. And thank you to John!
