Fun & Easy to Use System is easy to use and makes getting feedback a breeze. Love how easy it is to create questions and that there is a decent amount of question types to choose from. It's also easy to get feedback from my team before finalizing the survey, which is super helpful. One improvement I hope to see in the future is having the ability to see the full question asked when viewing the survey results, if it's a longer question the words are cut off and there's currently no option to fix that.

Happy to have switched to Survey Sparrow… We've switched over to Survey Sparrow and so far finding it great to use. The system is very intuitive and the support team have been very responsive when we've had a couple of little queries. Pricing seems reasonable - looking forward to seeing what else it can do!

User Interface - Quick, Clean, Simple The product/service is spectacular. Out of the many survey SaaS sites I've tried, this is one of the best. The integrations offered are solid and it's easy to build out what you need. Most importantly, the user interface for the person filling out the form or survey is quick, clean, and simple. My only wish is that they had a more affordable monthly option for users who don't need many responses or are operating at a smaller scale. If you need a powerful survey platform, I'd recommend them as a reliable option.

Trustpilot makes provision for… Trustpilot makes provision for accessing accurate reviews and thus, enables one to be guided in making the right choices. So far, there has been no reason to regret choices made using the site’s guidance, and I am impressed. The catch here is that there is no way to reply to a reply, thereby making it one sided. It would make it easier if adjustment can be made in that regards.
