PRGood Costumer Service Well, the costumer has been pretty helpful during my recently dilemma. I've purchase a Kamvas 13 on Amazon and unfortunately it hasn't been working. I've contacted the costumer support and they've been really helpful. They've provided many solutions to fix this problem and they were with me till the end. I'm satisfied with their service. They're patient and understanding, so I consider this a good experience.

GBJane is the best I’d only had my tablet for just over a year and the screen was starting to fail but they still honored the warranty and are sending me a new one. The customer service was top notch and Jane was literally the best!

CAIncredibly helpful customer support First experience with Huion’s service department and I was pleasantly surprised. My key dial had completely stopped working after a botched firmware update and unable to find anything online about the issue, I reached out to the service team. It did take a few days for them to respond, but when they did, I was able to reset and fix my device quickly with their help. Jane and the service team provided steps and videos and were able to troubleshoot issues if something wasn’t working. In the end, I got my key dial working with all my devices and I’m very grateful for the friendly and helpful service I received from Huion. Very happy with my Kamvas and KeyDial and even more impressed by their kind service. Well deserving of 5 stars.

MXI feel I am insistent for a response to… I feel I am insistent for a response to clarify the delay everywhere! This is my first time buying from the official website of huion, I bought a kamvas 13 around the 3rd of March. On the 7th it got to México and cleared customs on the 9th. Since then there hasn't been any other updates on the tracking! I've sent an email to support and they said they've contacted the courier company, on the 18th, and haven't gotten a response yet despite them urging. I've also sent one to the carrier from China and my local carrier but nothing.

GBAmazing Tech support After a recent update, my computer wouldn't go into sleep mode properly. I contacted Huion & after a very brief delay they were able to get back to me with the exact fix to my issue. As someone who's preference is tablet computers & who's worked with multiple different brands for work, Huion's Kamvas Studio 16" has been the best experience experience so far!
