Buy buy buy - Huion Kamvas Slate 10 I ordered the Huion Kamvas Slate 10, and received the device in even better condition than described. For 300€, I got a top standalone drawing tablet that can even run games beautifully. Included in the price is the Huion Stylus HS200 pen. It feels great in the hand, and you can even rest your hand on the tablet, and only the pen is recognized. The support is excellent. The delivered pen was defective, but it was rectified for free after 10 days, with even 3 tips included. A very, very pleasant experience! Definitely recommended.

Jane is the best I’d only had my tablet for just over a year and the screen was starting to fail but they still honored the warranty and are sending me a new one. The customer service was top notch and Jane was literally the best!

Easy To Follow Help and Relatively Responsive I was helped by Jane and they did very well! My issue with my tablet was tackled with thorough questioning and a satisfactory solution! Jane wrote comprehensive emails and while I had to spend $40 for shipping which wasn't ideal I got a replacement essentially free since my issue required it. I hope everyone has this quality experience when working with Huion customer service. Just wanna warn for those in the U.S.A. if you need to send payment to Huion if it's rejected check with your credit union/bank, for me they had to lift a block on purchases to Hong Kong I believe.
