CAI was greatly appreciative with the… I was greatly appreciative with the help I had received to get my laptop to perform much better then what it was. Even though from time to time I still have a bit of an issue. Find your workers patient and friendly and deal with some customers like myself that are not familiar with computers. CAMy PC was almost beyond repair My PC was almost beyond repair. Lagging, freezing, just not working. I could not afford a new one, so I tried Slimwares support. They spent several hours on it. The first time, because my computer was in such bad shape, it took overnight. That did not completely solve the problems. They went back at it remotely and then, viola it was working like a charm!. Thank you so much!!

GBMy Assistant was very Knowledgeable and… My Assistant was very Knowledgeable and persistent. She employed many different methods in an attempt to connect my HP printer to my Computer. The session lasted for almost an hour but it was crammed full of many attempts to accomplish our goal. She was very courteous and communicated very well. A pleasure to work with !

GBSo far So far, so good. However, I did not get a call back about whether or not the download of Slimware was complete. Some repairs were made and everything seems to be in good shape. Had one incident of screen freeze immediately after fully downloading. Notice of action was sent via email from Slimware. No more screen freezes. Had trouble understanding some non-native English-speaking CSRs, but nothing serious.

GBI was very impressed with Slimware I was very impressed with Slimware. Not only did they clean up the operating system of my laptop but they solved a long standing problem I had where my computer would not talk to my printer although both devices had recognised and were logged on to my wi-fi. Slimwares operator was professional, patient and very polite.
